Romic Care Foundation (ROCAF) is an indigenous, non-profit Community-Based Organization
(CBO) operating in Uganda. We work in peri-urban and hard-to-reach rural communities to
support vulnerable and marginalized groups, especially survivors of gender-based violence
(GBV), children and youths.
